Mailtender Mail

Mailboxes for everyone around your agent

Personal and shared mailboxes on your own domain. Your team reads mail where they already do, and your agent works in the same place — not in a second inbox nobody checks.

Personal and shared

One store for support, the agent and everyone's own mail

Shared mailboxes such as support@ or billing@ can be granted to people and to agents. Personal mailboxes belong to one person, and agents never get access to them.

  • Every outgoing message — from a person or an agent — leaves through one audited pipeline.
  • People's own mail passes its own, lighter rule set.
  • Held agent replies sit next to the thread they answer.
Wherever people read mail

No new habit to learn

Use the built-in webmail and mobile app, or keep the client you already have.

Webmail

Read, write and search in the browser, and approve held agent replies without leaving the thread.

IMAP and SMTP

Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird or the Gmail app, with your folders as they are.

IMAPSMTP

Mobile app

Mail on the go, and held replies approved from the phone. Notifications never carry message content.

Import

Bring your history with you

Import mailboxes from your previous provider over IMAP, so people keep their old mail and folders, and the agent sees the full thread.

Start small

Move one mailbox first, the whole domain later

You don't have to move everyone's mail on day one. Each step works on its own.

  1. Forward support@

Keep your current provider and forward the support mailbox. Your agent can start in shadow mode the same day.

  2. Move a subdomain

Point the MX records of a subdomain such as help.acme.com at Mailtender. Nothing else changes.

  3. Move the whole domain

When you're ready, move acme.com, import everyone's mail, and keep your usual clients.

Put your agent on email, with a person still in charge

Create a free account, connect a domain or start with forwarding, and hold your agent's first reply for review.
